Some people ask if I can remember a bandstand being in the park, and to be honest, I can't. I know some people confuse the round seating shelter as shown in the picture below with a bandstand, by as far as I know, there never was a proper bandstand in Cedars Park. There was however, a temporary bandstand erected for a concert, but it was only there for a short while.
